Andy Jibunoh is a seasoned Professional Builder, he joined the Royal Chartered Institute of Building, United Kingdom, in February 1995. Until his appointment as the Managing Director of Dolphin Works Ltd, he was the Executive Director, Operations for Costain (West Africa) Plc.; an International Construction Company, operating in Nigeria. He is the Managing Director of APD and
will be responsible for the company’s overall management. Andy is a distinguished construction expert and visionary developer, who brings over two decades of hands-on experience in Nigeria’s real estate sector. His profound understanding of construction methodologies, coupled with strategic development expertise, has positioned (GIC Estates) at the forefront of innovative real estate solutions.

Mrs. Jumoke Adio Moses
Executive Director
Olajumoke Adio-Moses is the Chief Operating officer at Georgia Hallmark Nigeria Limited, a multi-dimensional company with businesses in several sectors of the economy which includes its Real Estate Company called ‘Castlewood Homes’. Olajumoke is a licensed Pharmacist who graduated from the prestigious University of Ibadan. She is an alumna of the EMBA programme from the Lagos Business School. She has worked in different capacities and verticals in various companies like GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Plc., Honeywell Flour Mills Plc., Lagos State Government, Rite Foods and Black Pelican Group (Il Bagno), Olajumoke brings exceptional strategic insight and operational excellence to (GIC Estates) being a Sales & Marketing / Operations Expert. ARC. AKINDE OLAMIDUN
Executive Director
Akinde Olamidun is the Principal Consultant at 3DMatic Atelier Ltd., a firm that consults on wide applications in the property value chain. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Detail Apartments, a budding property development company with 80 housing units under various stages of construction. The property company focuses on delivering residential properties that prioritize excellence, functionality and above-market returns for investors. Prior to establishing his two businesses, Olamidun worked at Kenatelier Ltd and Klif Consultants (now Consultants Collaborative Partnership) as project architect where he gained valuable experience working on both small- and large-scale projects. He is a certified architect, registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and also a full member of the Nigerian Institute of
Architects. Olamidun attended the Federal University of Technology, Akure where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and the University of Lagos where he obtained his Master’s Degree. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he completed the Owner-Manager Program in 2019 and is also
currently pursuing an MBA. Olamidun’s work ethic, drive for excellence and penchant for client satisfaction are hallmarks of his projects right from conception till handing over.

Abolaji Osime brings a unique blend of legal expertise and real estate business acumen to GIC Estates. A Lawyer and alumni of the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE) where she obtained an LLM in law and the Lagos Business school for the OMP . A fate Foundation Entreprenuer of the year with over 15 years of experience, she expertly manages both the legal framework and business
development strategies of our operations.
Her specialized knowledge in property law, combined with sharp business insight, ensures secure and optimized transactions for all stakeholders. She has distinguished herself in structuring and documenting complex joint venture agreements, sales contracts, and investment partnerships across
numerous high-value property developments. Her expertise extends to creating watertight legal documentation for property sales, managing regulatory compliance, and developing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, she oversees the entire spectrum of legal documentation from title verification to contract completion, while simultaneously spearheading our sales and marketing strategies to ensure maximum market penetration and client satisfaction.
